Amazon vendor here. Amazon screwed up their orders to us this week, can’t get a hold of anyone to fix the issues. Any ideas? – Amazon sellers’ resources

We sell to distribution centers across US and Canada. Numerous SKUs per order, numerous orders. This week for some reason they submitted orders in bundles of 6. Example: line one is six bundles of six boxes, giving us one label per bundle (total of 6) rather than per box (total of 36) We cannot accommodate. We had to cancel every order this week. We have no way to get in touch with anyone who can help us. We've already spent hours trying to fix this, calling any contact we have, current and old account reps, customer service, etc. Everyone has pointed us in different directions. Any suggestions?
