Wanted to know how people do accounting/inventory management for Amazon. Our company is struggling with this. Right now, we are creating purchase orders for each and every transaction (non fba and fba). This way, we're able to track if the item accurately.
I've heard from other vendors and I read on a2x it is not advisable to to log each and every transaction, but then how are vendors able to drill down and see details?
Do you account for everything in bulk every month, (total sales total commissions, total returns, total fees, etc..) or do you process every transaction?
